Remember The Milk は猿によって作られた！？(裏話しいろいろ)

Remember The Milk の2006.10のブログにRTMに関する面白い記事が載っていたので紹介します。

特にウケたのが、ボブ T.Monkey (猿) のネタです。。
ちなみにこの人がRTMチームのボブです。コーディングに忙しいそうです(笑)。

Remember The Milk ユーザは155もの国で使われている。

最もユーザ数が多い国は オーストラリア、日本、アメリカ合衆国。

サイトを翻訳すると申し出てくれたボランティアは425人。

// Number of languages that RTM is available in: 13 (with 48 more in progress)
RTMを利用できる言語は13言語。(さらにもう48言語の対応が進行中)

英語以外で最も人気のある言語は日本語。

// Number of times that users have postponed tasks: 269,280 (procrastinators! :)
ユーザーがタスクを延期した回数の合計は269,280回。

// Number of people on the RTM team: 2
RTMチームに所属しているのは2人だけ。

// Number of monkeys on the RTM team: 1
RTMチームに所属している猿が1匹いる。

ボブT.Monkey(猿)が受け取ったファンレター(メール)は23通。

ぬいぐるみから受け取ったメールは4通。(1匹のクマ、1羽のカモ、2匹の猿)

RTMを構成するコードの行数は142,853行。(ボブは大忙し)

チームが消費したコーヒーは3,452杯。

コーヒー1杯につき、41行のコードを記述している。

この規模のシステムを2人（+猿1匹）で作ってるっていうのも驚きですね。頻繁にバージョンアップしてるし、、パワーありますね。あと、こういったユーモアのある感じが素敵です。なんか親近感わいちゃいますよね。
